Location: Verwood Drive, Croxteth Park
Firefighters were called to Verwood Drive, Croxteth Park, on Monday 24th Feb.
Crews were alerted at 2.29pm and on scene at 2.37pm. Three fire engines attended.
On arrival crews found a fire in the rear first floor bedroom.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the property under rapid deployment to prevent further escalation of the incident.
It is believed the fire started accidentally.
No one was injured in the incident.
Crews left the scene at 4.53pm.
