Location: Clifton Crescent, Birkenhead
Fire crews have been called to a fire at a 3 storey building next to the Central Hotel on Clifton Crescent Birkenhead.
Crews were alerted at 17.02 and on scene at 17.05. 4 fire engines and a combined platform ladder are in attendance.
Firefighters have been engaged in firefighting and searching the building and extinguished the main body of fire at around 18.00.
Firefighters remain at the scene.
