Location: Corniche Road, Port Sunlight
Firefighters attended a property on Corniche Road, Port Sunlight, on Thursday 12th September.
Crews were alerted at 6.02am and on scene at 6.08am. Three fire engines attended.
On arrival, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the property under rapid deployment to prevent further escalation of the fire.
A high pressure hose reel jet was used to extinguish the fire, which had started in the kitchen.
One person was assessed at the scene by paramedics but was not required to attend hospital.
Firefighters carried out a Home Fire Safety Check before leaving the property at 6.39am.
