Location: Barlows Lane, Fazakerley
Firefighters were called to a flat on Barlows Lane, Fazakerley, on Sunday 26th January.
Crews were alerted at 6.57pm and on scene at 7pm. Two fire engines attended.
On arrival crews found a fire in the bathroom of a ground floor flat.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the property under rapid deployment to prevent escalation of the incident. A hose reel jet was used to extinguish the fire.
One person was out of the flat prior to the fire service's arrival.
It is believed the fire started accidentally.
Crews left the scene at 8.06pm.
