Location: Cowley Hill Lane, St Helens
Firefighters attended a house fire on Cowley Hill Lane, Dentons Green, in St Helens, on Tuesday 19th November.
Crews were alerted at 7.03am and on scene at 7.10am. Three fire engines attended.
On arrival crews found a fire well alight in the kitchen of the property.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus rescued one person from the property. They were taken to hospital by North West Ambulance Service.
Crews used two high pressure hose reel jets to extinguish the fire.
Merseyside Police were also in attendance as was North West Ambulance Service.
Firefighters left the scene at 11.20am.
