Information Resources
Consistent with our drive to provide greater financial transparency and in line with the Local Government Transparency regulations 2014 we now publish a range of information.
This includes information about finance and procurement, human resources, Authority property and governance.
Publishing formats
The data is published in two formats for your convenience - PDF (portable document file) and CSV (comma-separated values).
The PDF format is the easiest format in which to read the data but it does not allow the data to be analysed or sorted. If you wish to do this then you should use the CSV format, which allows you to put the data into a spreadsheet. Please note that the CSV format uses a standard column width and not all entries may be completely visible. To view all of the data, you will need to expand the columns as required.
Information in other formats
We always try to take account of your individual needs and will do our best to give you the information you need in a way that is easy for you to understand.
We can arrange to meet you and explain things in person, or we might be able to ask someone else to meet with you. If necessary we may be able to provide a document in large print, on audio CD, as a PDF file or in a language other than English.

If you are deaf or hard of hearing
Our main reception area has a hearing loop, and we can provide a portable hearing loop for other rooms or meetings if needed. We can provide information in writing if you would like us to.

Information about emergency incidents
Every year we receive hundreds of Freedom of Information requests and many of them are asking for information about incidents that we have attended. We are often asked for information about the same types of incidents and as a result we have developed this interactive file to help people select the information they need without having to submit a Freedom of Information request.
This file has been produced so that members of the public can have the opportunity to view high level emergency incident data broken down to Merseyside district council level. The data is shown on a monthly and hourly basis for the four previous years and the current year. Please note the data runs from April to March.
