An investigation will be undertaken within the next 28 days. You will be informed of this process. The Appeals Committee will then hear the matter within a further 14 days and the decision of the Appeals Committee will be provided to you and the elected Member you have complained about, within the next 7 working days. The decision of the Appeals Committee will be final.
